You can delete your ZindSa account and everything tied to it, directly from the app, in a few taps.
From the ZindSa app's main screen, go to Settings.
Find the Account section, near the bottom of Settings.
Tap "Delete account" and confirm once. That's it - no waiting period, nothing else to do.
Deleting your account immediately erases every server record tied to it: your name, email, phone number (if you added one for WhatsApp reminders), and any billing, Guru Connect booking, chat, purchased-report, or guru-verification (KYC) records.
Your birth details, family members and their birth dates, your kundli, donation records and personal notes were never sent to our server in the first place - they exist only on your phone, and are removed when you clear the app's data or uninstall it.
Two things are kept even after account deletion, and we do not hide it: (a) anonymous usage-signal rows (which step, language and dharm - never your name or any identifier), if you had switched on "Share usage signals" in Settings, are not deleted, only unlinked from your account; (b) an "is there a mistake in this verse?" error report you may have submitted, which was anonymous from the moment you sent it. Neither can be traced back to you once your account is deleted. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
